Had one with a dog regularly by Walmart, me and a buddy ate across the road and watched him. In 15 minutes 6 people gave him money, he refused any food. If he received $2 every two minutes, he makes about $60 per hour cash. A worker told me he gets in his brand new car with out of state plates and drives away.
