Truthfully, since your machinery is sitting out, that might not be far off from what it cost you.
It cost almost .50 sq ft per month to own one.
I guess just a shell on dirt would be about half that.
I would sure want storage and hay paid up front. Make sure she has insurance.
I did do that a couple times and came out OK. I knew the folks their whole life and did a lot of work for the family. It would have been Ok if I didn't get paid.
