$50 Sq ft to build one.
Property taxes run $1a sq ft a year so.08 a month.
Depreciation and opportunity cost for the money add up also.
Depreciation at 20 years is $2.50 a Sq ft
Opportunity cost is $2.5
That is $6 รท12= .50
Just a shell with dirt floor would be about 1/2 I bet.
