You’ve gotten a lot of good advice here. One thing I’d definitely add, take an evening and attend a luau. They roast a pig in a pit in the ground. Oh man was that ever good!! The road to Hana trip was great. Go through a rainforest and dessert all on the same trip. Maui is definitely the most laid back island. If I return to Hawaii, I think I’ll spend most if not all of my time there. I know you said your in you’re 70’s, but I didn’t find snorkeling to be strenuous at all, unless you’re handicapped, I wouldn’t rule it out. So very enjoyable and such great things to see. Have you checked out “your man tours”? We didn’t use them, but my sister and brother-in-law did, they were really impressed with them. I’m signed up for their emails, and they’ve got some awesome and affordable trips to Hawaii! Good luck with your planning, you’ll be very glad you went!!
