NW Wisconsin | What do you want from your trip to Hawaii? There are lots of good sightseeing tips already mentioned. If you are looking for a more relaxed yet interesting island, look at Kauai. We did a family trip there 5 years ago and rented a house by VRBO. There are interesting sights like a coffee plantation, Waimea Canyon, Hanalei where Puff the Magic Dragon was created, helicopter and airplane tours, snorkeling which was very easy to do, and not the tourist trap like the other bigger islands.
That being said, I would still like to see Pearl Harbor. I would also suggest 2 weeks. | |
