I think the price of hay will be all local. You can’t afford to ship hay very far at all with the cost of fuel.
This is the real story. I'm pretty sure that local to me there's a fair bit of carryover. Spitballing from what I see advertised and in fencerows I don't think there's been this much carryover within 50 miles of me in about 20 years.
