| Different software can handle different kind of COM port automatic find connection issues.
Last time I used AgRemote or FlashLoader 200 with a 252 was about 3-4 years ago.
But I kind of remember that I had to use a Null Modem adapter to get things going.
If AgRemote can but FlashLoadrs can not cope the position of RX and TX pins (straight cable vs null modem) the a thing to try out might be just to change the RX & TX pins. It is easy to do on deutsch connectors.
And also make sure that all data buffering is turned of on your PC COM port. | |
