northwest tennessee | At the time you are talking the NH was a kuhn mower. Kuhn used to make mowers for lots of different companies. The NH now is made by them they say but after reading about the New Idea it sounds like the same cutterbar. I bet one company is making them both. You ask what I would buy now and I have looked at the NH and liked it and would consider a Vermeer. In any case it will be a modular type cutter bar. You talk about alot of cracked cutter bars that you know about. See something is not right and I know anything can be torn up but I still think they have a problem. If you could see the mower I am talking about you would think it is new except for the leak. It has no wear on it. | |
