Hagen Brothers farms,Goodrich ND | 292 has a taller block than a 230-250. Look at the lifter covers on the right side, 292 will have 6 inch tall covers while the 230-250 will be about 4 inches tall. Also I believe a 292 had a head to water pump bypass hose while the smaller 6 does not. A 292 is not much more than 150 hp, so expect to spend a lot of full load time at 40 mph or less in the lower gears. |
