Subject: RE: Pivot woes

My dad used to have the equivalent of 100 pivots in west Texas. He said anytime one went down you could have a a truck show up with two men in less than an hour to get it going. Here they tell ya “we’ll get to it when we can”. He attributes it to the oil field out there. Oils drilling crews don’t mess around and they work on Sunday. In the delta the weekend starts at 12:00pm on Friday and they won’t answer their phone until 9 am monday. But it does seem like no matter where you are or how many pivots you have I’f it’s one or one hundred, you’re gonna run into pivot troubles. Like all things in life usually the best option can often be the tougher option.

And yea tile doesn’t work here because of perched water table I’ve been told but I tHINk it could work. I’ve never heard of anyone trying it and saying it didn’t work just they think it won’t work, which it prbly won’t but maybe
