Black Hawk County, IA | Deliver her hay to her, collect your money immediately, and help her cover it with a tarp like TD15 says if you feel like helping her. Sun baking on paint and tires is pure depreciation. I’ve housed a couple things for friends over the years. Asked about insurance one time was told if I receive payment, I’m not farming, I’m commercial storage. Rates would be way higher then. All little things to think about before something goes south.
