| Unplug implements before reprogramming: Make sure that if you or a customer is updating GS2 display or receiver software and even original system updates that the customer or you must disconnect the planter wiring harness if the planter has a controller on it for VRD. If that planter has a controller and if is connected to the CAN BUS while you try to update software on another component you will likely "lock up" the planter controller so that it will not work. If this happens you can attempt to force software onto the VRD controller but if that doesn't work you will have to send the controller to Seeding DTAC for them to "unlock" your controller. We are likely to have some updates during planting on our displays so please make sure that you are disconnecting those planter controllers when you update.
