You are correct on the RR2. I guess this implies there WAS yield drag with RR-1?

Y-Series is just molecular breeding. They can take breeding lines and 'look into' the DNA for certain traits they want, rather than growing them out and looking for the trait in a mature plant. It makes variety development go faster. Everybody has been using molecular breeding for some time. Only Pioneer was smart enough to give it a name and market it.
