Chebanse, IL..... | Actually, we plan to eliminate the down-pressure compressor & merely use "tanked" air from the TC system using check valves. A larger tank(s) will assure not starving clutches when changes are needed for bags. However, in reality, they never require air simultaneously. The air bags are their own reservoir. Only to inflate will they need air supplied. It's doubtful operator would be turning (where clutches are usually activated) & trying to adjust bags @ same time. He'd be very busy if so. If one has bag failure, you don't continue planting, or at least we don't. | |
