south Texas , York Rife Freemason | they normally start in the lube bay ,i (was ) the overseer for LONG 5 years ,i almost quit jb last week .
i was real tired of training and messing with kids , id spend 1-6 months with them ,then had to look over their work until they had a year in .
it would really depend on the trainee ,normally we keep about about 90 % of the trainees , some of them have really turned out good . the kids with some charcter do well .
im now responsible for ALL the trade in / sell trucks at the dallas terminal ,just got the job thursday (no more kids to mess with ) im working my arse off ,but it is challenging and intresting --- same pay though . cant have everything ,but i did come home clean yesterday ,
im, doing body work most of the time when im not orgnizing trucks ,talking to vendors ect.
i have a good bodywork vendor ,but he is so slow it puts me behind.
looks like ill be changing some tires too ,tire shop is behind alot of the time (1 man working there 3 watching. my trucks have a minimum tread spec before i can turn them in. |
