I asked a couple of years ago about what a hoe drill actually was. I was told them that in my soils..... heavy black more times than not a bit on the wet side for wheat seeding, a hoe drill for me in these parts would be equivalent to using a dump rake in hay.

Size wise I'd prefer 24' that way I'm a bit closer to my goal of better controlled traffic as I've got a 25' foot platform.
