Maybe farmers should just get a big lobby like the railroads. It IS tresspass for ANYone to walk on or along railroad property. I did check and that does hold true for ILL. to , KMK. I think the real question would be If you could get any prosecuter to even look at the case. Being a Deputy for 14 years, you prolly alread know that one.
