Near Intersection of I-35 & I-90 Southern Mn. | After looking at that "button", I believe you are probably correct. The tab inside seems to be about the depth of the feet so that is would support whatever is back there (HD?). I just tried pushing it and it doesn't seem to depress like a momentary switch button would. The thought about a reset is probably incorrect.
I did check the website you referred to and Yes, I could have gotten the same model for about $140 less. If I had it to do over again I would probably go that route.
I have been using the T-30 a fair amount the last couple of days and I'm really quite happy with it. I was just a little spoiled by the battery life of the newer laptop I had been using a work.
I guess we shouldn't be so hard on the younger generation as they haven't been around long enough to have "fought through" many of the problems that we have.
