Almost would have have run completely out oil to have the bottom shaft run dry, like the plug falling out going down the road. Saw that happen to a 2510 once, it ruined the ring & pinion by the time he stopped...(cowboy driver)...
I still haven't got to the shop for any time today, got invited to lunch which turned into a 3 hour BS session... :)
