Those guys will never learn. They can't look at a long term chart of land prices or even talk to a few older neighbors. Land especially farm land goes up in the long term. As long as you use leverage at a reasonable rate you will come out very well. Farm land that is paid for is better than Gold. Farm land that has a moderate level of debt is a good stepping stone to build a fortune.
