NE South Dakota Clark, SD | If interested in pellet, I have had a RecTeq 590 for about 3 years. I still have my propane grill, but have only used it a couple times since getting the pellet grill. I sue it weekly and sometimes several times a week. If I make burgers by smoing at 10 for an hour and then crank it wide open with the sear grates on to finish them. I also do steaks and pork chops the same way. I smoked 50 pounds of pork butts at one time for my son's high school graduation and plan to do a turkey and smoked mac and cheese for Thanksgiving this year. |
