If you cut it pieces you are likely to cut the refrigerant lines. Here, when you got to scrap it, you will need to show the refrigerant was taken out by a licensed person.
You got to be kidding. it's most likely empty on the freon anyways.
Id cut it into so many pieces they wouldn't know it was ever a freezer.
