Subject: If you want to do a deep dive......................

Pittsburg, Kansas
I've watched most of Dave Feldman's stuff over the last four years.

He is currently doing research on what he coined "lean mass hyper responders". These are people who are on a very low carb diet, tend to be thin and atheletic, yet have some very high cholesterol numbers.

Research is ongoing on the subject.

But mostly we have been sold a bill of goods with the "saturated fat causes heart disease" hypothesis that Ancel Keys promoted starting about one lifetime ago. The "saturated fat is dangerous" hypothesis has been proven false and the national organizations like AHA and ADA have, very quietly and without fanfare, dropped the saturated fat as a "food of concern". It has been bulshift all along, not proven science. It is the basis of why we also were told to lower our cholesterol. Yet cholesterol lowering drugs makes a lot of people a lot of money, so they continue to be pushed.
