I believe SAMT is correct.A doctor said mine was high,,I was thinking he must not know that without cholesterol we all become brain dead,,avoid the sugars that is what causes most issues that the pharmaceutical co.'s want to sell you lipitor to lower one type of cholesterol...ever wonder why its the most prescribed med in the USA and since its push the amount of dementia has risen,,,they would never lie ,,,oh wait.....
