Years ago some friends and I would go goose hunting down on the Chesapeake Bay every fall and always hunted with a guide service. If I remember right it seemed like every quide had a cooler on the back of his pickup along with some sauce for the consumption of raw oysters. I actually ate a few raw but prefer mine cooked. LOL.
