Subject: Hey Case 1200 gurus, is it legal to pay a reward if you solve my problem?

I posted here a couple of weeks ago that I have one row that always underplants. I am planting 33,000 but that row (row 3) is planting around 27,000. Here's what I have done so far:

1. Changed singulator setting
2. changed Vacumn and Tank pressures
3. Changed seed sensor with other row
4. Switched metering unit with other row
5. Changed singulator

This all makes me think it must be a vacumn problem since I switch everything out and the problem stays with the row. I took the elbow off of the vacumn hose that goes to meter, put some grease in it thinking it might seal better. Didn't help.

What do I do next?
What am I missing?

If I could get this row straightened out I could relax a little!
