I used the JD Yellow paint by Valspar. I got it at TSC. I don't know how good this paint is, but, hey, I was painting old planter boxes so it didn't matter quite so much.
Just brushed it on and applied 3 coats. They don't look too bad.
JD 7000 Planter boxes( spray to control fiberglass?)
