In Washington state, land of tax'em till they bleed,, smokes are $5.70 a pack here.  And,, the state watches the internet, Indian smoke shops, etc.etc.. to catch and prosecute anybody that tries to buy smokes from reservations or off the internet.  Alcohol and tobacco law enforcement is really tough in Washington state. They have a whole law enforcement agency built around finding people trying to buy alcohol and tobacco without paying the outragous taxes.

Every once in a while the Liquer tobacco Control "board" (tobacco cops) make some be splashy "raid" to grab headlines and justify the sky high taxes on alcohol and tobacco,, and how the dasterdly "criminals" are cheating the state out of taxes.

LOL... Now the state is 0itching and moaning because people are quiting smoking and the state is LOSING TAX MONEY !!  LOL...!!  DUH !!
