I used to buy them online from somewhere in Europe. The tobacco was grown in the Phillipines I believe. There was always one in a pack that sure smelled a lot like high school parties .
3 packs a day....... I ain't no quitter.
Oh yeah, I did get notification from my supplier about supposed to pay taxes on them.
