Kansas | If I've gone a day without a sodee pop I get headaches too CC.
Times I've tried quitting the smokes in the past I didn't fight so much a headache as I felt an irresistable urge to smoke.
I know I should quit. Financially, healthwise, the reasons are multiple. That does not help the fact that I do enjoy a smoke when I sit down and relax or read or like now on the puter.
Telling me to quit is preaching to the choir. Unfortunately, it just comes very hard for me to do. | |
