Well, I hope you enjoy a crew of children who pull this kind of destructive crap.  If we run into anyone who would fit in, I'll send them your way. 

I expect people who work here to behave like grown ups and treat each other with respect.  I certainly am not going to tolerate someone destroying another person's property (I bet you would really like it if someone destroyed the tailgate on your truck, or filled a 10k toolbox with grease)   nor pulling stupid stunts which could cause someone to be injured (there is absolutely no tolerance for approaching a machine without making yourself known to the operator or deliberately startling someone who is working on a machine.) 

No, I have not been a party in any way to anything like this.  Fortunately it has not been necessary to dip this low into the gene pool of available employees.  We have actual grown ups working here.
