No I have not sprayed on the outside of a quonset YET.... I sold a job like that yesterday, and will be spraying it next week. All I'm doing on this particular job is spraying some seams that are leaking and rusty. But you are correct, you can spray the outside of the building rather then the inside. We do lots of commercial flat roofs, and also water storage tanks and the such. It's slightly more expensive to do it on the outside because you have to use a little bit more expensive foam.
