Around here, some of the high end contractors for big buck homes would specify Leighhigh (sp?) cement products only - chinese cement never (lot of that brought over). These guys gureenteed their work and cement pours for 5 yrs, free of crackes / breakage or it gets ripped up and replaced. There is a septic tank maker (and makes vaults for graves) that is known to have a better tanks (longer warrenty) then many others. His tanks cost slightly more, but you never hear of one of his tanks crumbleing . . . Another cheap tank maker, didn't use rerod/wire - only fiber, his tanks failed within 2 yrs - big lawsuit / mess. I do not know all the different fomulations of cement, but there are a few and it makes a difference in quality of end product.
