I believe the engineers at Kinze want their finger meters to run at 65rpm. So at the lower populations your ground speed can be higher. I spent some time with the local Kinze rep and at my population I should drive 4.5mph. The biggest determination however of ground speed is how dark the clouds are in the west !!
