If the dealer said he was going to go get it then its his responsibility for arranging a truck to get it. If there were other options for the farmer then the dealer should have mentioned it. It really sounds like a dealer that would rather sell a tractor rather than rent one. At some point you've got to stop wasting your time and ***ume that tractor isn't going to show up.
