Our church parking lot is needing some mantainence work done. What's your thoughts on seal coating? We'll most likely get the cracks cleaned and filled but listening to a home fixit show on the radio once, the host was saying sealing is more for cosmetic reasons than anything. But do fill the cracks. What say the rest of you?
