--those were the "tough guys-gals"......you didn't worry about a little fat on your meat or too much gravy ,,,never had cholesterol and fat problems... i don't think I could have done it..remember dad custom piking with an old 2 row mounted picker and ears bouncing of his head and combining wheat with 90 massey harris and no cab--end of day all you could see was his eyes...and he never complained.....and they were all as honest as day was long...thank you too our fore fathers
