How ironic--- Just had the same thing happen to mine, bought a new pressure switch thinking that was the problem but still leaked with the new switch. Pulled the ck valve off the top of the air compressor and found a piece of silicone in the valve. Took the silicone out and put everything back together and works just like its supposed to. Good luck!!!
