Are you running a splitter, how many rows? If its a splitter with bulk seed, it could be a seed delivery problem with the tube that feeds the 2 rows. Check the vaccum supply, singulators may also need to be opened a little. Could also be dirty sensors, clean them with brush that should have came with your planter.
