Yes I cleaned out the compartments very well(It took ALOT of TIME and PATIENCE!!). I will check the wiring. It could be the oil because I put in some off brand oil we have had for years and a couple of the buckets had some white colored stuff in the bottom(kind of a thick waxy substance). Should the oil have air bubbles in it when check immidiately after shutting the tractor off?
