ok, its the bottom cylinder and we tried removing the stainless steel bolt and it won't budge. doesn't help that the line is pissing oil so we can't move the deck and head board easily due to lack of oil pressure and making a giant mess. unless there are more secrets, looks like we'll have to take out the torch for a bit. thanks guys.
