I think a 200 hp, 4 wheel drive 4955 should handle it A-OK.
I pulled a 12 by 30 with 94 hp for a year, then 105 hp for 24 years. Never felt I needed more power.
Got stuck twice in 25 years.
When I put the 150 hp 4630 on the 12 row in 2007, I felt I was packing the ground by havin too much tractor on the planter.
