Ive been told by a JD tech that on the ZF axle, you should change the hub oil EVERY yr. When we had our 4850 with the ZF axle, we changed the hub oil and the front differntial oil every yr. Those ZF axles are pricey to work on, before we got rid our ours, we ended up spending some coin on the front end, steering parts, seals, oils, and knuckles.
