I got rid of a 1370 partially because it was going to need a dampner checked with a couple of rebuliders at the time and they were getting theirs from case. Might get a rebuilder to sell you one, they surely are not paying full retail, if you've got time I would post on all the message boards looking for a recently replaced one on a dead Case. Good luck.
