Chebanse, IL..... | We've had a 16-32 JD 1790 now for 4 full seasons. I think that we have the 2nd yr production machine. Never-ever seen any tendency to pull crooked. Before this, we had a 16-32 Kinze 3600. It pulled straight also. We plant 30" rows & you probably couldn't show me the end rows from the center rows...no difference. This is a "here" thing I'm sure. If the 1790 has shortcomings, tracking doesn't seem to be a problem for us. Personally, I'd always get the extra row. It's cheap compared to the rest of the planter.
