| It can be any part or appliance of the wiring. Its most often the alternator diodes, but it can be a light switch, mouse chewed wiring, or a faulty starter solenoid. The ONLY way to find it is with your test light in the battery ground connection, take the wiring apart to see which circuit and then which component disconnected turns out the light. A fancier meter is not better than the test light, but is more fragile and more likely to be destroyed in the testing when you accidentally turn on a light switch. There is no quick way to solve this problem, all the tractor is suspect.
