Did you change the alternator recently? Usually a battery drain down on a 4020 happens because the field coils are energized when the tractor is shutoff. The wiring on the alternator might be different than the older one.

Disconnect the alternator wires and I'll bet the draw down stops. If wired right, the field coils should have no voltage when the key is off.
