Boone, Iowa | Did you have your tractor set up for 30" rows? My next question is about tire size. I will need 18.4x42 or 18.4x46 to post spray. I will need a 16.9x30 or 14.9x34 to keep the right ratio front to rear. I didn't know if I will notice turning radius loss with the taller tires set in at the front? Should I be looking for a 18.4x42 and 14.9x30 tractor? I can guess it would take a good chunk of change to switch 20.8x42 out to 18.4x42 tires and have to change the front tires also. Can I get by with 18.4 on a 20.8 rim? Otherwise, I would have to keep the front size the same and go to a 46 rear tire and change rims. | |
