| In Mo. they can get a permit at 15 but its only good with parent or guardian, not just any adult. Also may only be good during daylight hours. Not sure about that but think its a good program.
When my son turned 16(many years ago)took him to take his test. Told the officer he wanted to take driving at that time too. Officer said they wouldn't recommend it. He needed experience and if he had experience it was from illegal driving. I insisted and they flunked him big time. said come back in 3 weeks. Went back in 2 and officer said we recommended 3. I was furious but to say the least!!!!but we left without the test. | |
