get on to thedieselstop.com, and do a search for "clutch pedal bushing". Sooner or later you will find a thread with pictures and dimensions, making a new bushing from a bronze step bushing. It needs to be turned down, and reamed out. I can't find my print-out, but had one made up for my '94 and Hey-Presto!! worked great!
